The terms that apply when you buy from CellSell.

1. About us
CellSell operates an online-only store selling certified pre-owned iPhones to consumers in Israel. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products and condition
All devices are pre-owned and graded according to our published Condition & Grading Guide. Cosmetic wear described in the grade is not considered a defect. Battery health is guaranteed at 80% or above at the time of dispatch.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Israeli Shekels and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed through a secure third-party checkout provider; we do not store your card details. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorised.
4. Availability
Stock is limited and listings reflect real availability at the time of viewing. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered by insured third-party courier partners, typically within 1-3 business days across Israel. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses or events outside our control.
6. Returns and cancellation
You may return a device within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging, in line with Israeli consumer protection law. Return shipping arrangements are agreed with us in advance.
7. Warranty
Each device carries a 12-month limited warranty covering functional defects. The warranty excludes accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, cosmetic wear and normal battery degradation after purchase.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the device. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data, lost profit or loss of use. Always back up your data before and after purchase.
9. Intellectual property
All site content, branding and images are owned by CellSell or used with permission. Apple and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
