- Nationwide delivery across Israel in 1-3 business days for standard shipping.
- Express delivery is available at checkout where the courier services your area.
- Every shipment is insured and fully tracked; you receive a tracking link by SMS or email once dispatched.
- Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.

- Standard nationwide delivery: flat rate shown at checkout.
- Express delivery: surcharge shown at checkout before payment.
- Rates and available options are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.

Returns & warranty
- 14-day hassle-free returns from the day of delivery, provided the device is in its original condition and packaging.
- Every iPhone carries a 12-month warranty covering functional defects.
- Battery health is guaranteed at 80% or above and is listed on each product page.
- To start a return or warranty claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
