We collect the details you provide when ordering or contacting us: name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
2. Automatically collected data
Like most websites, we collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, in order to keep the site secure and improve it.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver orders, handle returns and warranty claims, provide customer support, and — only where you have agreed — send you offers and updates.
4. Sharing with third parties
We share the minimum necessary data with our courier partners, payment processor and hosting provider. We never sell your personal information to anyone.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and language preference working, plus analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may then not work correctly.
