Condition & Grading Guide
Every iPhone we sell is certified pre-owned. Here is exactly what each grade means, so there are no surprises.
Our grades
Grade A — Excellent
Looks near-new. No visible scratches or marks at arm's length. Screen and body are clean under normal light.
Grade B — Very Good
Light signs of use. A few faint micro-scratches on the frame or screen, only visible at certain angles.
Grade C — Good
Visible cosmetic wear such as scratches or small scuffs on the frame. Fully functional and fairly priced.
What every grade includes
- Battery health of 80% or higher, with the exact figure listed on the product page.
- Full multi-point functional test: screen, cameras, speakers, mics, Face ID, buttons, charging and connectivity.
- Unlocked to all networks and cleared of any previous iCloud or activation lock.
- 12-month warranty on functional defects and 14-day returns.
- Cleaned and sanitised, with a compatible charging cable and SIM tool in the box.
What grading does not cover
- Original retail packaging is not included — devices ship in secure protective packaging.
- Accessories such as wall adapters, earphones and cases are not included unless stated.
- Cosmetic wear described in the grade is not a fault and is not covered by warranty.
